Phishing simulations and security training

Opsinel sends your employees realistic phishing emails. Anyone who clicks the link gets a lesson.

Three steps are all it takes from you

  1. 01
    Add your employees
  2. 02
    Send a simulation
  3. 03
    Check the results

Would you spot it?

Read the email, find the warning signs and answer one question. Then see how the result looks to a manager.

What would you do with this email?

The sender says they are from IT, and the request looks routine. Check the address and the link before you click.

This is a short demo. In a real simulation, clicking the link opens a lesson for the employee, and the manager sees the results.

What makes Opsinel different

Emails your people actually get

UsuallyTemplates translated from another market, about banks and agencies your employees never deal with. They spot them straight away.
With OpsinelEmails about local banks, couriers, Microsoft 365 passwords and supplier invoices.

You see who clicked and who finished the lesson

UsuallyA test leaves you with one number, such as “18% clicked”. You don't know who those people are or whether they learned anything.
With OpsinelYou see every employee: who clicked and when, whether they entered details and whether they finished the lesson. It's clear who needs help.

Do it yourself, or leave it to us

UsuallyEvery campaign means finding an email, collecting addresses and copying results into a spreadsheet.
With OpsinelReady-made emails, your employee list and the results are all in one dashboard, so nothing goes into a spreadsheet. On Fully Managed we plan and send the campaigns for you.

The introductory security course comes with the plan, and we can write a course on another topic for you.

About the courses

What is a phishing simulation?

Phishing is a fake email meant to trick someone into giving away a password or money. A phishing simulation is a safe copy of such an email: the employee receives it like a real one and, if they click the link, sees a short lesson straight away. How to run your first phishing simulation

Do we need to tell employees, and is it legal?

Employees need to be told in general that the company may run security tests, for example in your internal rules or security policy. You confirm this, along with the other terms, in a legal consent before your first campaign. They are not told when or which email will arrive, or the results would not show real behaviour. Requirements differ between countries, so check with your legal adviser if in doubt.

What happens if someone clicks the link?

A safe page opens with a lesson of about 15 minutes. We send no malicious files. If someone types a password, Opsinel records only that details were entered; the password itself is never stored.

Is training included, or only phishing simulations?

It's included. Every plan has simulations, post-click lessons and an introductory security course, and you can buy other courses separately.

Does it work for a small team?

Yes. The base price includes 10 seats, so a smaller team pays the same. For larger teams, the price per employee goes down.

How long does setup take?

About half an hour. You don't need to connect Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace to start.

Can the emails come from our own domain?

Yes, if you connect your own outgoing mail server (SMTP). Otherwise, emails are sent through Opsinel.

What if Opsinel isn't right for us?

Within 7 days of activating a plan, you can cancel and get the full amount back. After that, you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.
