The introductory security course is included in every plan: when you activate a plan, it's assigned to all active employees. We can write a course on another topic for you, paid separately.

In Billing, click “Cancel and get a refund”: an unpaid invoice is cancelled and a paid amount is refunded.
The refund applies to the first subscription payment. Courses bought separately are not refunded.
No. You pay for seats; the number of emails does not change the price. On Self-Service you can send up to 3 campaigns a month; on Fully Managed we set the frequency in the quarterly plan.
A seat is one employee you can include in simulations and training. You choose the number of seats yourself, and archived employees don't take one up.
The monthly plan is billed by calendar month, so the first invoice covers only the remaining days of the month. The annual plan starts on the day you activate it.
Yes, for another year on the same terms. If you don't want to renew, cancel at least 30 days before the renewal date.
We plan campaigns every quarter, pick or write templates for your context, send the simulations and keep an eye on training. If needed, we set up a separate sending domain. All you do is read the summary.

Yes. When all seats are taken, you buy more in the Billing section. You only pay for the rest of the current period.
In the Billing section, enter your company name, registration number, VAT number (if you have one) and address. Changes apply from the next invoice.
